Walter F. Kilpatrick

January 29, 1935 — August 14, 2020

Walter Kilpatrick of Clark, NJ pass away peacefully on Friday, August 14th, 2020. He was born in Dunmore, Pa and later moved to Jersey City, NJ where he met and married his late wife Angela Kilpatrick (nee Malfitano). He proudly served in the United States Army and worked as a printer after leaving the service. He then worked for Sears, Roebuck and Company retiring after 20 years.

He was an avid fan of the Yankees, Giants, and Rangers. He enjoyed a good cigar and was always looking for the big winner with scratch offs, Mega Millions or PowerBall. He was so proud of his grandchildren and enjoyed watching their performances and sporting events.

He is survived by his daughter, Rosanne, son and daughter-in-law Kevin and Kathleen, grandchildren Justin and Kelsey and brothers Garry and Daniel. He is predeceased by his parents, Walter and Rose, his brothers, Joseph, John, Kevin, James and sister Kathryn.

A Life Celebration will be held on Friday, August 21st, 2020 at Gray Memorial Funeral Home 12 Springfield Avenue, Cranford, NJ from 4PM-8PM. Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, August 22nd at 9:30AM at St. Michael's Church 40 Alden Street Cranford, NJ. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
