Vi Grant

Vi Grant age 90 passed away on Sunday December 4, 2016 at the Riverview Medical Center in Red Bank, New Jersey.

Born in Plainfield, NJ, she lived in Mountainside, then living in Florida for 23 years. She then moved back to New Jersey and lived with her grand nephew Marco in Tinton Falls.

While in Florida, Vi was active with the United Methodist Church in Spring Hills. An avid cat LOVER, she was involved with the ASPCA.

Vi was a self employed owner of Vi- Rons Retail Store in Westfield . Before that she worked for Ace Scientific, and did some catering.

Vis is pre deceased by her husband Ronald Grant who passed away in 1977. She is survived by a niece Nancy Boehm and her husband Joe. A niece, Robin and a nephew Bob. Also surviving are several grand nieces and grand nephews.

Visitation will begin on Wednesday at 10:30 am until service time at 11:30 am, December 7, 2016 at the Gray Funeral Home, 318 East Broad Street in Westfield. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery.
