Robert W. Romano

Robert W. Romano, 65, passed away peacefully on December 9, 2016 at his home in Cranford, NJ. He was born on February 11, 1951 in Brooklyn, NY to Michael Romano and Beatrice Schoenberg.

Robert grew up in Brooklyn, New York. He graduated from Brooklyn Technical Highschool in 1969. After high school he earned a B.A. in Russian Language at Queens College, and a diploma in Computer Technology at New York University. He worked various computer related jobs and was a Lecturer at the Borough of Manhattan Community College for over 10 years.

Robert is survived by his wife, Victoria, and sons, Michael and Robert.

Robert was preceded in death by his sisters, Anita and Ruth.

A life celebration will be on Tuesday from 4 to 8 pm , December 13, 2016 at Gray Memorial Funeral Home, 12 Springfield Avenue in Cranford. A funeral service will begin at 7:30 during the visitation hours.
