Robert W. DeNourie

August 17, 1976 — June 27, 2024

Clark, NJ

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Robert DeNourie, age 47, on June 27, 2024. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

A resident of Clark, NJ, Robert was a stone mason by trade and was very proud of his contribution to many extraordinary commercial projects. He liked to say his work would continue on for generations.

In his leisure time Robert enjoyed playing chess and was amazingly talented at it. His losses to friends and family alike were rare occasions.

Robert is survived by his daughter, Angelina and his son Zach. He also leaves behind his sister, Desiree, his three nephews Tyler, Jake, and Cole, his stepfather, Vince and his wife Valerie and their sons Garrett and Dean. He also leaves behind his mother, Deborah.

Family and friends played an important role in Robert’s life. He enjoyed many special relationships with longtime friends and was very dear to numerous Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.

Friends and family are invited to pay their respects at a Visitation on Wednesday, July 3, 2024 from 4-8 pm at Gray Funeral Home, located at 318 E. Broad St. in Westfield, NJ.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the New Bridge Center for Substance Abuse and Counseling. Donations can be made at newbridge.org/donate.

Robert will forever hold a special place in our hearts.
