Patricia Marie Cavin

Patricia Marie Cavin, 69, of Toms River, passed away early Sunday morning March 8, 2020, at Arbors Care Center, Manchester Twp, NJ after an illness. Born in Newark to the late Michael and Josephine Thomas Yacullo, Patty was a graduate of Vailsburg High School, Newark, Class of 1968. Patty worked for Lord & Taylor Department Store, Westfield, in the Jewelry department. Prior to that she worked for the former Fidelity Union Bank, which then became Wells Fargo Bank. Patty enjoyed bingo, going to the casinos, and trips on cruise ships. She especially loved Christmas. She was preceded in death by her husband John T. Cavin in 2016. She is survived by her loving sister:Barbara Yacullo (Ron Klemple), sister-in-law: Natalie Diehl (James), several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Patty's Life Celebration will be from 1:00-4:00PM Wednesday March 11, 2020, at Gray Memorial Funeral Home, 12 Springfield Avenue, Cranford, where her funeral service will begin at 4:00PM Wednesday. Private inurnment will follow later with her husband at General William C. Doyle Memorial Cemetery, Wrightstown, NJ. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her memory to St. Jude's Research Hospital
