Osman Kutlay

Osman Kutlay, M.D., of Rockaway, died Tuesday February 12, 2013, at his residence, surrounded by his loving family. Dr. Kutlay was a physician, and anesthesiologist in New York for many years. He was associated with Victoria Hospital, Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. Born in Turkey, Dr. Kutlay, came to the US as a young man, and worked very hard through his studies, and practice of medicine in building his practice, and caring for others. He was the beloved husband of Betty (Beasley) Kutlay, devoted father of : Alisa Tuttle and her husband Matthew, Suzan Brecken and her husband Len, dear grandfather of Olivia, Sophie, Jackson, and Blake. A Celebration of Dr. Kutlay's life will begin at 9AM Saturday February 16, 2013, at Gray Funeral Directors, 318 E. Broad St. Westfield, NJ (www.grayfuneralhomes.com to offer condolences), where his funeral service will begin at 10:15AM Saturday. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Westfield.
