Margaret (Peggy) Gaeta, 88 of Cranford, NJ passed away peacefully on March 8, 2015 at Overlook Hospital, Summit N J.
Visitation and life celebration will be from 3 to 7 pm on Thursday March 12, 2015, with a funeral service at 6:30 pm at Gray Memorial Funeral Home, 12 Springfield Avenue, Cranford. Go to grayfuneralhomes.com for on line condolences.
Formerly a resident of Bloomfield, NJ, Peggy retired from the Annin Flag Company in Verona, NJ in 2001.
Peggy loved to crochet quilts for everyone in the family. Grandma Peggy, as she was known to many, always had a good time no matter where she went. One of her favorite songs was, "Don't worry be Happy!" She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Peggy was predeceased by her son, Steven and daughter, Denise, and brother, Lee. She is survived by her son, Jerry and his wife Eileen, of Cranford, and daughter in law, Brenda of Old Bridge. Peggy was a fun- loving grandma to Michael, Bobby, Jessie, Danielle, and Courtney. Peggy is also survived by her loving brother Raymond Eckel, and her loving sister Dolores Griffin and husband Jerry. Also Aunt Peggy is survived by all her favorite nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Peggy's memory to the charity of one's choosing would be appreciated.
