Born in Coamo, Puerto Rico, he retired from the City of Chamblee, Georgia, where he was a city planner. Jorge is survived by, Rachel Rodriguez daughter, of Cranford, George Rodriguez son of Ludlow, MA , Jaimi Rodriguez daughter in law of Ludlow, MA, Alysia Rodriguez daughter of MA, Olive Rodriguez granddaughter of Nashville, TN, and Owen Miller great grandson of Nashville.
