Joan B. Caputo age 80 of Westfield passed away at her residence on Thursday January 3, 2013. Born in Newark, New Jersey, and had lived several years in Westfield. She was a manager for Verizon in Woodbridge before her retirement. Surviving is her loving sister, Arline Hughes, and a nephew Richard Joseph Hughes.
