Irene Duraes

Irene Duraes passed away peacefully December 18th, 2023, at the New Eastwood assisted living in Easton, PA. She had happily celebrated her 95th birthday at home in Bethlehem, PA surrounded by her brothers, sisters, son and grandsons and more, a few months earlier.

Irene was born and lived in Valenca, Portugal. In 1969 moving to America, NJ. and then retiring to Portugal and then migrated back to America, PA.

Before retiring, Irene and her husband owned/worked a lunch truck business. She loved working on the garden and celebrating/spending time with her family/friends especially during the holidays.

She will be missed by her son, Manuel Duraes, his wife MaryAnn, grandsons, Dylan, Shane Duraes, Richard D. Rodrigues and her sisters, Lourdes, Maria and brothers, Mario and Albino.
