Harry Richard Rupp

Harry Richard Rupp, 82, formerly of Jersey City and more recently of Cranford, passed away at Peggy Coloney's House in Scotch Plains, August 31, 2012. A private memorial service will be held by the family. Arrangements by Gray's of Cranford (www.grayfuneralhomes.com to offer condolences). He worked for many years as an accountant at Colgate and Block Drug Company in Jersey City and was a former member of the Marine Corps and Bethany Lutheran Church. He was predeceased by his wife Dorothy (nee Silver) in 2008 after 52 years of marriage. He is survived by his children Linda Rupp and Bill Weeman, Rich and Janet Rupp; grandchildren, Justin and Kristen Rupp, brother Alan and wife Marcia, and many nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Peggy Coloney's House or your favorite charity.
