Edith Didonna

Edith DiDonna passed away on Friday, August 8, 2014 at the age of 94. Born in Newark, NJ on December 10, 1919 to loving parents, Fanny and Ralph DiDonna, she is survived by her brother-in-law, Julian Torres, nephew, Donald A. Torres and his partner, Mary Harrison; Great nieces and nephews: Jennifer A. Torres, Rone Torres, Michael Torres, Alexis Torres, Kevin Donovan, Karen Donovan, Jamie Donovan and Steven Donovan. Predeceased: Sisters: Christine DiNorsio, Louise Rosa, Sylvia DiDonna and Gilda Torres. She was a great aunt, aunt and friend to many special people in her life. She worked for the International Ladies' Garment Workers Union for over 40 years. She loved spending time with her family and was proud of them all. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her and her memory and the love she shared will remain with us always. Visitation and life celebration will be Wednesday 1:00PM, August 13, 2014 at Gray Memorial Funeral Home in Cranford, NJ followed by Graveside services at 2PM at Hollywood Memorial Park in Union, NJ.
