David Paul Jones

David Paul Jones died suddenly on April 19. born September 19 1964 in elizabeth nj. lived in roselle park. graduated Cranford high school and the Union County Vocational School in 1982. Worked as a mold maker for the last 34 years. Loved his cat Tigger. Avid Nascar Fan. Particularly followed Jeff Gordon's career. Followed the Jets, Yankees, and Devils. He's survived by his parents Ruth and Merlyn Jones. Siblings Janet (Ted) Beaver, Richard Jones, Judith (Kevin) Scott, and Jill (Stephen) Muir. Godchildren, Katie Muir and Tim Scott. 9 nieces and nephews, Christen Ritchey, Kevin Scott, Jeff Beaver, Michelle Hoydis, Megan Muir, Brian Jones, and Dan Muir. 8 great nieces and nephews.

"When I go to work I work hard. When I'm home I move at my own pace. I really have to like you to move at your pace." This is our brother's philosophy on life and that's why we loved him so much.

No visitation. Private arrangements by Gray Memorial Funeral Home in Cranford. A memorial service and life celebration will be 1 pm Saturday at the Cranford United Methodist Church, 201 Lincoln Avenue in Cranford.
