Blake Madison Rodrigues passed away on June 6, 2009 at Overlook Hospital in Summit.
Her parents, Wallace and Lori, along with her siblings, and grandparents will receive friends on Tuesday from 2-4, 7-9 PM at The Gray Funeral Home 318 E. Broad St. in Westfield.
A mass of Christian burial will be 10 AM Wednesday June 10, 2009, at St. John the Apostle Roman Catholic Church in Clark on the Linden border.
Burial will follow the mass at the Fairview Cemetery in Westfield, NJ
