Benito "Benny" Renedo, 83, of Cranford ,returned to his eternal home in Heaven on May 12, 2015.
Benny's Life Celebration and visitation will from 4:00-8:00PM, Friday May 15th, at Gray Funeral Directors, 12 Springfield Ave, Cranford. Born in Tortoles de Esqueva, Spain, on January 14, 1932 to Julia and Pedro Renedo,
Benito came to the U.S. in 1962 and began a career as a Spanish History and Literature Professor. In 1977 Benito changed careers to finance, however Spanish History and Literature remained his passion. You could always rely on Benny to answer any all related history questions with ease.
Benito is survived by his loving wife Emilia, and his only daughter Julia, the light of is life. He will also be missed by his brother, Felix, in Spain and many brothers and sisters (in-law), nieces and nephews.
Benito was a loving and generous man who always put his loved ones first. Sadly, Benny has left us. His time on earth has run out, but the love he so freely gave to all will live in our hearts forever.
